Findymail Credits: Emails, Phones & Verification Rules
What each credit type costs, when phone lookups drain your balance 10x faster, and how to size your monthly plan without guessing.
TL;DR
2 credit pools, 3 cost tiers: the short version
Findymail uses two separate pools: finder credits (email locate + verify, 1 credit each) and verifier credits (external list cleaning, 1 credit each). Phone lookups cost 10 credits each and exclude EU contacts entirely.
Credit charge triggers, the 10x phone multiplier, rollover cap mechanics, and which workflows burn fastest so you can size your plan correctly.

Finder Credits
Finder credits: 1 credit, 1 verified email, no charge on failure
Each finder credit covers one complete operation: Findymail locates the email, verifies it in real time, and delivers a confirmed result. No credit is deducted if the lookup fails.
The Starter plan includes 5,000 finder credits at $99/mo, enough for up to 5,000 verified contacts at a 100% hit rate. Effective cost per email depends on your hit rate across targeted domains.
Findymail handles catch-all domains and backs email finding with a sub-5% bounce guarantee. Discovery and deliverability judgment are covered in a single credit operation.
Phone Credits
Phone lookups at 10 credits each: budget impact vs. email-only workflows
Phone number lookups cost 10 credits per result. At volume: 500 phone numbers consume the same credit budget as 5,000 emails.
Phone data is available for non-EU contacts only. If your ICP includes a large share of EU-based prospects, plan your credit budget without phone data for that segment.
Pulling both email and phone for every contact burns credits 11x faster than email-only. Batch phone lookups selectively rather than running them across every contact by default.
Verifier Credits
Verifier credits: clean external lists without touching your finder pool
Verifier credits validate email addresses you already have from a database export or another tool. They apply to list cleaning and CRM hygiene without touching your finder credit pool.
The Starter plan bundles 5,000 bonus verifier credits alongside 5,000 finder credits, so you can run a full email-finding campaign and still clean an imported list in the same billing period.
Both pools roll over monthly, capped at 2x your plan allocation (10,000 finder + 10,000 verifier on Starter). Credits above the cap do not carry forward.

Common Questions
5 questions on credit burn, rollover, and phone limits
Credits roll over month to month, capped at 2x your monthly plan allocation. Credits above that cap are not carried forward to the next month.
No. Phone lookup is excluded for EU contacts due to GDPR. Email finding and standalone verification work globally, including EU prospects.
No credit is charged when Findymail cannot locate or verify an address. The same applies to phone lookups: you pay only when a result is returned.
The Starter plan includes 5,000 finder credits at $99/mo, enough for up to 5,000 verified emails at a 100% hit rate. Adding phone lookups at 10 credits each reduces this total if both run in the same period.
Finder credits discover and verify a new email in one step. Verifier credits check an address you already have from an external source. Both cost 1 credit per operation and are held in separate pools.
