Once configured, contacts verified in Findymail push directly into a designated Instantly or Smartlead campaign. A lead verified at 9 a.m. is in an active sequence before 9:05 a.m., with no file handling in between.
Both Smartlead and Instantly are listed as native integrations in Findymail. No Zapier or Make account required. Configure from Findymail's integrations panel using an API key from the destination sender.

Setup
4-step setup: Findymail to Instantly or Smartlead
Prerequisites: A Findymail account (Starter or above). An active Instantly or Smartlead account with a campaign created and API access enabled. To connect both senders, configure each integration separately from Findymail's settings.
- Generate your API key from Instantly or Smartlead
In your Instantly or Smartlead account settings, go to the API or developer section. Generate a new key and copy it immediately. Most platforms show it only once.
- Open Findymail integrations settings
In Findymail, go to account settings and open the integrations section. Both Instantly and Smartlead are listed as native connections. Select the sender you want to connect.
- Paste your API key and select the destination campaign
Enter the API key. Findymail loads your available campaigns from the connected sender. Confirm the correct campaign before saving: contacts push immediately into whatever sequence is active there.
- Run a test search and confirm the contact appears
Search for one known contact in Findymail. Verify the result appears in your Instantly or Smartlead campaign within 2 to 3 minutes. If it does, the integration is live.
