Scaling Salesflow with Multiple LinkedIn Accounts
What changes at agency scale: account architecture, dedicated IP assignment, blacklist governance, client panel setup, and CRM routing across 3+ LinkedIn seats.
When to upgrade
When single-seat Salesflow stops working for agency operations
The Agency plan is a structural requirement, not an optional upgrade: it adds dedicated IPs per account, a shared team blacklist, a unified inbox, and white-label reporting. None of those exist on the Single User plan.
This guide is for agencies running 3 or more LinkedIn seats. For single-account rules, see How to Use Salesflow Safely on LinkedIn.
Architecture Overview
Single seat vs. agency: what actually changes
| Dimension | Solo / Small team | Agency at scale |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn accounts | 1 account per operator | Multiple accounts, one per client sender or seat |
| IP assignment | Shared or single IP | Dedicated IP per account (Agency plan) |
| Invite management | Manual withdrawal when backlog builds | Auto-withdrawal keeps queue below 1,200 pending |
| Blacklist | Per-campaign only | Team-level blacklist shared across all accounts |
| Inbox management | Single unified inbox | Unified inbox across all client accounts from one dashboard |
| Reporting | Basic per-campaign analytics | White-label client reports via admin panel |
| CRM sync | Manual export or Zapier per account | HubSpot bi-directional sync + Zapier two-way, routed per client |
| Volume cap | 400 invites/mo (Single User plan) | Custom limits (Agency plan, contact sales) |
| Pricing | $79/user/mo (annual) or $99/mo (monthly) | Custom, contact Salesflow sales |
Account Architecture
1 IP per LinkedIn account: the mandatory setup before launch
Each LinkedIn account must map to one sender identity with one dedicated IP. Sharing an IP across two accounts means a flag on one can propagate to the other.
Confirm with Salesflow support during onboarding that each seat has a unique IP assigned. This is not an automatic default.
Running two LinkedIn profiles from one Salesflow seat is unsupported. Each identity needs its own seat and dedicated IP to eliminate cross-account contamination risk.
Campaign Governance
Blacklist + pacing: 2 rules that prevent cross-client overlap
Configure the team-level blacklist before launching any campaigns. Without it, the same prospect can receive outreach from two different client senders at your agency in the same week.
When two clients target overlapping ICPs, a contact can receive two connection requests from your agency the same day. Configure the team blacklist on day one, before any volume runs.
Verify auto-withdrawal is active for every seat in your workspace. A single account with a runaway invite backlog raises a restriction signal that can affect how LinkedIn treats other accounts operating from the same agency domain.
LinkedIn's ~100 invite/week cap is enforced per LinkedIn account. 10 seats do not give you 1,000 invites from one identity. See the LinkedIn Safety Limits: Pacing SOP for per-account daily and weekly limits.
Client Management
Admin panel and white-label reports: what Agency adds over single-seat
The Agency plan includes a multi-client admin panel with a global activity dashboard across all connected accounts. White-label reporting lets you send branded performance reports with no Salesflow branding visible to clients.
Configure white-label settings (header, colors, sender email) and schedule automated Monday morning reports in the Agency panel during onboarding, before any client-facing deliverable goes out.
Clients who receive proactive weekly data before check-in calls approve campaign changes faster and require fewer explanation calls. Set up automated delivery in the Agency panel on day one.
CRM Routing
CRM routing: map each Salesflow seat to the right client pipeline
Salesflow's HubSpot integration syncs bi-directionally in real time. The critical step at agency scale: map each Salesflow seat to the correct HubSpot pipeline so client A's leads do not appear in client B's deal stage.
| CRM action | Salesflow trigger | Where to configure |
|---|---|---|
| Contact created in HubSpot | New LinkedIn connection accepted | HubSpot native integration in Salesflow account settings |
| Deal stage updated | Prospect replies to LinkedIn message or email | HubSpot integration + pipeline mapping per Salesflow seat |
| Contact handed to email sequence | LinkedIn sequence ends without reply | Zapier two-way integration, configured per client workflow |
| Activity logged | Each LinkedIn message or email sent | Automatic via HubSpot bi-directional sync |
| Blacklist updated | Contact responds negatively or opts out | Salesflow team blacklist, synced across all seats |
For clients on different CRMs, build one Zap per client connecting their specific Salesflow seat to their CRM. A single Zap pulling from all seats into one destination causes cross-client data leakage. For full HubSpot field mapping and deal stage logic, see the Salesflow and HubSpot CRM Sync guide.
